为推动干细胞与生物医药领域学术交流和产业协同发展，四川省干细胞技术与细胞治疗协会定于2026年9月19日-9月20日在四川成都世纪城国际会议中心举办第五届天府干细胞与细胞治疗大会，现将有关事项通知如下：
一、会议背景与定位
干细胞与细胞治疗是再生医学与生物医药领域的关键发展方向，当前行业正经历从临床研究向规范化、产业化应用过渡的重要阶段。协会自成立以来，已成功举办四届天府干细胞与细胞治疗大会，初步构建起集学术研讨、技术交流和产业对接于一体的平台。本届大会将延续平台功能，聚焦新法规下的政策落地、临床转化与产业协同，邀请权威专家解读监管框架、分享前沿进展、探讨产业化路径，以期凝聚共识，为推动生物医药产业的有序发展提供重要参考。

四、主要议题
大会设主旨论坛及多个专题论坛，围绕以下方向展开研讨：
（一）政策法规：解读《生物医学新技术临床研究和临床转化应用管理条例》（国务院第818号令）及配套政策，探讨“双轨制”下的医院落地、伦理审查与风险管理。
（二）前沿技术：交流诱导多能干细胞（iPSC）、基因编辑、类器官、外泌体等领域的创新成果与技术突破。
（三）临床转化：分享干细胞在血液系统疾病、运动系统疾病、眼科疾病、自身免疫性疾病、生殖医学相关疾病、创面修复、再生医学美容、细胞资源库建设与管理、口腔再生医学、儿科疾病等领域的临床研究进展与转化案例。
（四）产业化与质量控制：探讨从研发到产品的全链条议题，包括工艺开发、规模化生产、质量标准体系建立与安全性评价。
（五）产业生态与投资：分析细胞治疗领域资本市场动态、投资热点与企业成长路径。
（六）分会场专题：由协会各专业分会组织，针对特定疾病领域或技术方向开展专题研讨。
五、参会人员

六、继续医学教育
本次会议为省级继续医学教育项目，参会代表可授予省级继续医学教育学分5分。

To boost academic exchanges and industrial collaboration in stem cell research and biomedicine, the Sichuan Association for Stem Cell Technology and Cell Therapy will host the 5th Tianfu Conference on Stem Cells and Cell Therapy at Chengdu Century City International Convention Center, Sichuan Province, from September 19 to 20, 2026. Relevant arrangements are hereby notified as follows:
Stem cell and cell therapy represent a core frontier of regenerative medicine and biomedicine. The whole industry is currently in a critical transition phase from clinical research to standardized industrialized application. Since its establishment, the Association has successfully held four sessions of the Tianfu Conference on Stem Cells and Cell Therapy, building an integrated platform for academic seminars, technical exchanges and industrial matchmaking.
Carrying forward the functions of this platform, the 5th conference will focus on new industrial policies, cutting-edge technologies and prevailing challenges. It will explore R&D of stem cell therapeutics, clinical translation, quality control and industrialization pathways, so as to build industry consensus and provide vital references for the sound development of the biomedicine sector.

The conference will consist of one keynote forum and multiple thematic sub-forums covering (but not limited to) the following core directions:
1. Regulatory Policies & Industry Supervision
Interpretation of the latest regulatory policies, technical guidelines and application pathways for cell therapy products.
2. Frontier Technologies & Basic Research
Exchange of innovative achievements, technical bottlenecks and development trends in induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), gene editing, organoids, exosomes and other cutting-edge fields.
3. Clinical Translation & Applications
Sharing clinical research designs, progress, efficacy and safety cases of stem cell and cell therapy for hematological diseases, autoimmune disorders, osteoarticular diseases, nerve injuries and other conditions.
4. Industrialization & Quality Control
Discussions on full-cycle industrial issues including process development, large-scale intelligent manufacturing, cost optimization, industrial chain coordination, establishment of quality standard systems and safety evaluation.
5. Thematic Sub-session Activities
Specialized academic seminars targeting specific disease areas or technical tracks, organized by each professional branch of the Association.
